Terms & Conditions – Akshaya Tritiya Gold Coin Offer
0% wastage (no making charges) is applicable on all 22K gold coins under this offer.
Pre-booking is open till April 18.
Customers can pre-book gold coins online for all available denominations during the offer period.
100% advance payment is mandatory at the time of booking.
Gold rate must be fixed at the time of booking and cannot be changed later.
Customers must collect their gold coins in person from their selected AVR Swarna Mahal Jewellers showroom.
Store pickup is available only on April 19 & 20.
This offer is strictly for store pickup only. Home delivery is not available.
The offer is applicable only on selected 22K gold coin denominations available under this offer.
Gold coins must be collected on the specified dates. Any delay will be subject to store policies.
This offer cannot be combined with any other schemes, discounts, or promotions.

Terms & Conditions – Video Call Jewellery Consultation
The video call consultation is a one-on-one virtual guidance service to help customers view jewellery designs and understand product details.
Appointments are available only between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM IST and are subject to availability.
Customers must join the video call at the scheduled time to avoid cancellation.
The consultation is for viewing and guidance purposes only; product appearance may vary due to lighting and screen resolution.
Prices shared during the call are indicative and may change based on market rates and availability.
Product availability is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Purchases can be made after the video call through authorised channels only.
All payments must be completed using approved payment methods.
Delivery timelines and applicable offers will be confirmed at the time of order placement.
Customer information shared during the consultation is kept confidential.
The company reserves the right to modify or discontinue the service or offers at any time.

All orders must be prepaid. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

5, Shipping & Delivery
A flat shipping charge of ₹500 is applicable per order.
We ship across India via a trusted courier partner. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and external conditions.
You will receive a tracking ID once your order is dispatched.
6, Returns & Exchanges
Returns: Must be initiated within 7 days of delivery, and require a 360-degree unboxing video for damage claims.
Exchanges: Can be initiated within 10 days of delivery if the product is unsuitable.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and accompanied by all original packaging and certificates.
Return/exchange is not applicable for: gold/silver coins, bars, gift cards/vouchers (digital or physical), customized jewellery, gold nose pins, and loose gemstones, toe rings.

SCHEMES
TERMS & CONDITIONS - EGOLD+
Minimum Investment:₹500 and above. Customers can invest any amount, any number of times, within the 11 months.
Gold Conversion:Each payment is immediately converted into 22kt gold weight at the day’s gold rate
Maturity Period: The plan matures after 330 days.
Benefit: Avail up to 7.5% Value benefit will be calculated on a 365-day Basis.
Jewellery Redemption: After maturity, customers can buy jewellery or gold coins based on their accumulated gold weight. No cash refunds are allowed.
Wastage Charges: Applicable on all jewellery purchased under this plan.
Purchase Locations: Redemption available only at AVR Swarna Mahal showrooms in Tamil Nadu, Karnataka
ID Proof Required: Valid ID proof and purchase records must be presented during redemption.
Pre-closure: Pre-closure is applicable with a 1% benefit. It will be calculated on a 365-day basis.
The customer shall be required to pay all applicable fees, including GST, value addition charges, making charges, stone costs, and hallmark charges.

Minimum Monthly Payment: ₹500 per month for 11 months.
Gold Conversion: Each instalment is converted into 22kt gold weight at the day’s gold rate.
Maturity Period: The scheme matures in 330 days. All 11 instalments must be completed within this period to avail of the scheme benefits.
Jewellery Redemption: After maturity, customers can redeem the accumulated gold weight to purchase any jewellery or gold coins. No cash refunds are allowed.
Wastage / Benefits:
Diamond / Uncut Diamond & Platinum: 0% Wastage/VA
Gold Jewellery: Up to 18% off Wastage/VA
Antique Silver: 50% off Wastage/VA
Purchase Locations: Redemption is available only at AVR Swarna Mahal showrooms in Tamil Nadu and Karnataka.
Documents Required: Valid ID proof and payment receipts must be presented at the time of redemption.

One-Time Payment: Minimum ₹15,000 to join. Higher amounts allowed.
Gold Conversion: Full payment is converted to 22kt gold weight at the day’s gold rate.
Maturity Period: The Scheme matures in 330 days.
Jewellery Redemption: After maturity, customers can buy jewellery or gold coins based on their accumulated gold weight. No cash refunds are allowed.
