Terms & Conditions For Golden Dream:

  • This Plan is valid for 11 months only.
  • Customer can pay a minimum of Rs. 500 and in multiples thereof uptoRs. 15,000 per plan.
  • Under this Plan, each monthly remittance is credited to customer account as 22kt. Gold weight as per prevailing rate of the day of remittance. At the closing of Plan, the customer account will be settled as per accumulated weight in his pass book.
  • 100% No wastage for purchase of Gold / Diamond / Platinum / Silver jewellery & Silver Articles.
  • When a customer buys a jewel of higher weight than accumulated weight in pass book , the wastage/VA must be paid for the difference weight.
  • Making charges are applicable on all types of jewellery .
  • In this Plan there is no making charges for gold coins and even the GST will be borne by the Company.
  • Special discount or offers prevailing at the time of purchase cannot be clubbed with Plan benefits.
  • Payment can be made by Cash/Credit Card/Debit Card/PAYTM/UPI.
  • Online payment facility is available at our website www.avrswarnamahal.com All online payment charges are Free!. This will be borne by the Company.

    Customers are required to make online payment before 25th of every month to ensure their payment proceeds reach us before month end.

  • The sale price will be determined based on the prevailing market rate (i.e. the date of sale of gold ornaments).
  • Monthly payments should be paid before the last day of every month. Failure to make payment of any month shall result in loosing Plan benefit of that particular month.
  • Irregular payments are not eligible for the complete benefits of the Plan (e.g.) If a customer regularly paid his monthly payment of Rs.1000 amounting to Rs. 7000 on time and irregularly paid balance Rs. 4000 under this Plan,then the benefit is eligible for the amount of Rs. 7000 only, the VA charge will be applicable for the balance Rs. 4000.
  • While joining the Plan,

    1) Account holder photo and finger print biometric will be taken in person.

    2) While purchasing the jewels the account holder details will be verified with face id, his finger print biometric.

    3) While joining this Plan customer's Aadhar Card/Voter ID/Driver Licence etc., is needed.

  • It is mandated that all advance payments will be adjusted against order of gold & silver articles or coins within a maximum period of 365 days from the date of first advance paid.
  • This advance for purchase is placed for Design Number …. Shown in our catalogue.
  • The account holder has a right to change the design while purchasing the jewels.
  • Customer can appoint a nominee in this Plan if required.
  • Pass book should be produced for every transaction. If the customer is unable to produce his pass book while closing the Plan, a nominal charge of Rs. 120/= will be levied towards stationery charges of duplicate pass book, which will be issued after verifying customer's proper identification.
  • Advance payments and Jewellery purchase can be made at any branch of AVR SWARNA MAHAL JEWELLERS across three states viz., Tamil Nadu, Karnataka and Pondicherry.
  • There is no cash refund in this Plan, customer can buy only jewels or coins.
  • When discontinued, the customer is not eligiblefor benefits of the Plan.
  • The Management reserves the right to change, alter the terms and conditions of this Plan at its discretion.
  • GST is applicable.
  • Authenticated and computer generated entries made in the pass book only will be considered for plan value. AVR SWARNAMAHAL JEWELRY PRIVATE LTD is not responsible for any other payment made to anybody else, in any other form whatsoever.
