    Please carry the following:

    Original Aadhaar card

    A clear image of your bank passbook

    One cheque leaf

    PAN card

  • 3. Can I submit a bank statement instead of a passbook?

    Yes, you can submit a recent bank statement instead of a passbook. Just ensure the account number and IFSC code are clearly visible in the document.

  • 4. What is the minimum age required to sell jewellery?

    Please carry the following:

    You must be at least 18 years old to sell jewellery.

    If you are between 18 and 21, you must be accompanied by an adult family member during the transaction.

  • 5. Do you buy both gold and silver jewellery?

    Yes, we accept both gold and silver jewellery for evaluation and purchase through our Easy Money process.

  • 6. Do you accept jewellery purchased from other stores?

    Yes, we accept gold and silver jewellery regardless of where it was purchased. All items will undergo our standard purity and valuation checks.

  • 7. How long does the Easy Money process take?

    The complete process takes approximately 45 minutes, including testing, documentation, and verification.

  • 8. When will I receive my payment?

    Payment will be credited to your bank account within 6 working hours after completing the process. Payments are processed during our business hours only.

  • 9. Do you provide instant cash payments?

    Yes, you can receive immediate cash for transactions up to ₹10,000.

  • 10. How is payment made for amounts above ₹10,000?

    For transactions above ₹10,000, the amount will be transferred via RTGS, NEFT, or IMPS to your registered bank account.

  • 11. Does the person selling the jewellery need to be present in person?

    Yes, the ID card holder must be physically present at the store for verification and to complete the transaction.

  • 12. Why is a mobile number required?

    A registered mobile number is needed to receive an OTP (One-Time Password) for identity verification and secure processing.
