19 April 2026 and 20 April 2026 (Akshaya Tritiya redemption days)
Akshayam eGold+ is a short-term gold saving scheme where every successful payment is converted into 22KT gold weight (grams). Your converted gold weight is stored in your scheme account and can be redeemed at AVR Swarna Mahal showrooms as per the rules below.
The scheme is available to customers enrolling with a valid mobile number and valid identity proof.
The scheme is non-transferable and redemption is permitted only for the account holder after verification (OTP/registered mobile + ID proof).
AVR Swarna Mahal may refuse redemption if verification fails or if there is suspected misuse/fraud.
Minimum enrolment payment: Rs. 2,500.
After enrolment, customers may pay any number of times in multiples of Rs. 500 until 15 April 2026.
The last date for enrolment and making payments is 15 April 2026.
Each payment is converted into 22KT gold weight using the AVR Swarna Mahal 22KT gold rate displayed at the time the payment is successful (as shown on AVR's live rate board or official rate display at the showroom/app). The gold weight credited will be visible in the scheme records.
A bonus (free) gold benefit is available as additional gold weight, calculated on the total accumulated gold weight in the scheme, subject to the redemption conditions below.
Enrolled from 15 March 2026 to 31 March 2026: 2% bonus gold (i.e., 20 mg / 0.020 g free gold for every 1 g accumulated).
Enrolled from 1 April 2026 to 15 April 2026: 1% bonus gold (i.e., 10 mg / 0.010 g free gold for every 1 g accumulated).
Bonus gold is calculated in grams and rounded/recorded as per the scheme system display (as shown in the scheme statement).
Note:Bonus gold is applicable only for gold jewellery purchases. Bonus gold is not applicable for gold coins/bars or silver coins/bars.
Primary redemption dates: 19 April 2026 and 20 April 2026.
Redemption is permitted only at AVR Swarna Mahal showrooms.
If the scheme is not redeemed during the Akshaya Tritiya redemption dates, customers can redeem it on or before October 19, 2026 with applicable scheme benefits. After October 19, 2026, the scheme can be redeemed only for the accumulated gold weight and no bonus or scheme benefits will be applicable.
After 6 months from enrolment, the scheme can be redeemed only for the principal accumulated gold weight (no bonus/benefit).
Akshaya Tritiya special offers (if any) apply only when redemption is done on 19-20 April 2026 and are not guaranteed for later redemption dates.
At redemption, your saved gold weight will be adjusted against your purchase. The adjustment method depends on what you purchase:
Gold jewellery: Saved gold grams are adjusted against the gold value of the selected jewellery on the day of redemption. Bonus gold (if eligible) is applied only for gold jewellery purchases.
Gold coins/bars: Saved gold grams may be redeemed for coins/bars; however, bonus gold is not applicable.
Silver or other eligible items: Saved gold grams will be converted into Rs. value using the AVR Swarna Mahal board rate on the day of redemption, and the equivalent Rs. value can be used to buy silver/other eligible items. Bonus gold is not applicable.
If the selected product value exceeds the accumulated gold value, the customer must pay the balance amount at the showroom.
Saved gold covers only gold value. Making charges/VA, stone charges, hallmark charges and GST is extra and depends on the item chosen. All applicable government taxes must be paid by the customer.
Cash refunds are not allowed. Partial redemption is not permitted. The scheme must be redeemed in full in a single transaction.
If the customer requests to close/redeem the scheme before the Akshaya redemption dates, it will be treated as pre-closure. In pre-closure, the bonus/free gold benefit will not be applicable. Only the principal accumulated gold weight will be considered for redemption.
Customers must carry their registered mobile number (for OTP/verification) and valid identity proof at the time of redemption.
If any genuine issue occurs (for example, incorrect details or technical/payment issues), customers may contact Customer Care and raise an email/ticket. Resolution will be provided after verification as per company policy. No cash refund will be permitted.
AVR Swarna Mahal reserves the right to modify, cancel, or amend the scheme terms and conditions, subject to applicable law. Any such changes will be communicated through appropriate channels (showroom notice/app/website) where feasible.
