A 360-degree unboxing video must be recorded and shared with our team within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
The video should clearly show the sealed parcel, unboxing process, and any visible issues.
Returns without video proof will not be accepted for damage-related claims.

• Reason for return
• 360-degree unboxing video (if applicable)
2. Inspection: Our team will review your request and inspect the product condition.
3. Approval & Return: Once approved, our team will guide you through the return shipping process and provide instructions to send the product back to our warehouse.
• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method or as store credit once the returned product passes inspection.
• Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment method used.
• Only items damaged during shipment or at the time of delivery are eligible for return.
• A 360-degree video recording of the unboxing must be shared within 24 hours of delivery to process such claims.
• Products returned without original packaging or invoice may not be accepted.
• Products purchased during discounts or special sales are not eligible for return, except in cases of manufacturing defects or if damaged during shipping or at the time of delivery.
